After looking closer it appears that your design isn't centered correctly on the page. It sounds like you a finished PDF that is set up for print. It's possible that 1. The artwork isn't centered on the PDF page 2. you have offsets designated in your print set up

I'm assuming that you are opening the PDF and sending straight to print ? double check that the artwork is centered correctly on the PDF page. Double check that the card is the same size as the PDF page. Double check that you don't have any offsets set up in the print dialogue when you send it to print.

This is the one that I have and it was a bundle with my printer. It just quit heating. It comes on I went though steps to reset it and it didn’t work.

If the nozzle tests are good, and the banding only happens a few prints into the production run, then that indicates an possible damper issue, or ink flow issue of some sort. Inspect the ink lines for air bubbles , or any signs of air contamination. post some pics of the issue , and your nozzle test so we can take a look. I have an Anajet MP5I here at the shop that is running beautifully, I jsut need a stepper motor for the maintenance station. There good systems, and the Ricoh heads are great. I di have some spare used Ricoh heads if your interested, 1 was used for colors only not white, and might still be good. The has never had ink in it, and appears to be in good shape, was used for testing purposes only. I'll send them BOTH to you for $200 plus shipping.
