So I have a curing oven and have replaced the switch and control panel but it is not heating up. Any ideas

Wondering which system everyone is buying and their experiences with them?

You can see on the left side of this paper the ink stops appruptly. Why?!?!? It was to finish printing the rest of the card.

We are looking for someone that was some guidance on this issue. Everything, nozzle checks, clean encoder strip, clean wiper blade, perfect humidity) is passing the test but we are still having lines or banding in our dtf prints. We have been working with Ricoh but they are at a loss.
